Okay so I have noticed that certain companies discriminate against people based on thier clothing. I went into a Nordstroms with Rock & Rupublic jeans, a Marc Jacobs tee, and a big Coach bag. I later came back in cheap Aeropostale jeans, an American Eagle tee, and a canvas bag. I was treated really nicely the first time and the second I was not. Ever noticed this?

I sure have, and it makes me soo mad!! I went into a nine west one day after a long day at work (I dressed down), just looking for a pair of black boots, and the salesperson didn’t even ask me what I was looking for, the store wasn’t busy.

So I left obviously, went to Browns and bought a $500 pair of gorgeous boots- sucks for the biatch who didn’t get the commission!!

wow haha. i guess they like people that are more like them, yeah?
but i did notice that lots of people are deathly afraid of going into hottopic.. but the employees there are superduper nice.
but the employees in hollister or abercrombie are not as nice as hot topic there.
but i don’t really shop in any of those stores i mentioned.

yes!!! my friend’s and i (who are in jr. high) went to the mall yesterday — we didn’t have school– and the girls were all wearing abercrombie stuff with coach purses and some of the guys were just wearing clothes from target…everywhere we went (except bath and body works) everyone was totally rude to us…this lady at abercrombie told us that we shouldn’t be there because we would trash the store and we went to dillard’s to look at more designer purses and the lady there shooed us away

yup, i think that’s what they call business… sure of you’re wearing those expensive stuff that means you’re a good customer candidate, so they better treat you nice… it sound sick though… not nice…
